Driver design
Finely stranded copper wire conductors for extreme flexibility.
Insulating material
PUR (polyurethane), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) – high resistance to abrasion and chemicals.
Resilience
Resistant to oils, chemicals, UV, fire and microbial attack.
Temperature range
Typically from -40 °C to +80/90 °C, depending on the material.
Minimum bending radius
Very small – optimised for high cycle counts (up to millions of bends).
Voltage
Usually low voltage applications (up to 1 kV).
